How to Set up Your card?
- Check the Status of My Credit Card Application? Please call 800-947-1444 and choose option 1 for the status of an application. The potential card member will be required to enter his/her social security number to locate the application. Additional verification item(s) will be needed to validate.
- Activate My Credit Card: Follow instructions that come with your card or call the appropriate Cardmember Service number to the right.
How do Update my card?
- Change the PIN: Please contact the appropriate Cardmember Service number to the right.

How to Manage my card
- After logging in to your us bank account you can
- Make a Payment: Under Transfers & Payments, select Pay a U.S. Bank Account.
- Set Up Account Alerts: Under Customer Service, select My Alerts.
- Sign Up for Paperless Statements: Under My Documents, select Statement Preferences.
- View or Redeem Rewards Earned: Under My Account, select My Rewards.
- Download Transaction Data: From your Credit Card page, select Download Transactions at the top of the Account Activity table.
- Request a Credit Limit Increase: Under Customer Service, select Self Service and then select Manage Your Credit Account.
- Request a Balance Transfer: From your Credit Card page, select Request a Balance Transfer.
- Dispute a Charge: From your Credit Card page, select Dispute a Charge under Take Action.
- Add a Joint Owner: Under Customer Service, select Self Service and then select Manage Your Credit Account.
- Add an Authorized Signer: Under Customer Service, select Self Service and then select Manage Your Credit Account.
